Licenses disappeared after switching to a new domain

Hello!
the client had a box on the onebox.flipart.net domain, now they have moved to the new onebox.emblem.kiev.ua, and cannot get into the system - it gives the error "the number of users exceeds the number of licenses". please tell me how to restore licenses?
