If you know how to analyze the load on the server and eliminate it faster, you can do it yourself. I understand that at first glance it may seem that it takes 2 minutes to understand what the server is loading, but in fact it is not. I will say even more, to optimize some servers and software for a certain load, it can take weeks or even months of work for a team of programmers.
