The server was running out of disk space. There is nothing to clean. I can only recommend to the client to upgrade the server to a higher rate. Now CPX21 is used, let it be increased to CPX31, there will be enough space.

Previously, there was a constant problem with disk space, we sort of did a paid revision to automatically clean up the logs to avoid this problem, so it’s not clear why the problem arose again

All disk space on the server is occupied by your data. The system is located on your server, so all support and maintenance issues are your concern.

The question is different - we paid you for the work on setting up Our server, we issued an invoice, the settings were made by your specialist, what did we do then and what did we pay for?

Plus, it would be nice to get a login / password from the server, if that's the case. It's a strange situation - setting up and taking care of the server is our concern, but we don't have access to our care...

This system is not in the list of your boxes. Solve the issue with the identification of this box, and then we can send you access to the server by mail.
