Hello, I wanted to set up this function [file]14268[/file] but unfortunately it does not work, in parentheses is "all OneBox tabs are closed in all browsers", perhaps this is the problem, although then it is not clear why it does not throw it out at night.
Can you tell me how to set up this feature?
is it possible to kick a user out of c-we if not active, but tabs can be opened?

Good afternoon. This function deauthorizes the user only if he does not have OneBox open on any device. Those. if you have OneBox open - you will not be "thrown out" of it

and what are the options for those employees who use crm 1-2 per week, but take up a whole license? so that you don’t have to constantly remind them that they should leave the s-we)

You can use the action that is in the automation once a minute, it throws the user out if he does not go through the pages of XX time.
