Product search. Bug/Bug?

Good afternoon! http://box.agro-him.com.ua/ We noticed one unpleasant pattern in our box, the search does not quite adequately find products. Screenshots: 1. If you just write in the search "tomato" - finds 36 products. 2. If you go to the category "Tomatoes" - finds 160 products. (the name of each product has the word "tomato") It turns out that the search sees only 36 tomatoes out of 160? 3. If you write in the search "tomato" and specify "In stock" - finds 10 products. 4. If you go to the category "Tomatoes" and specify "In stock" - finds 46 products. That is, the search sees 10 products out of 46? And that's just for one category. The same thing when placing an order - it finds fewer goods than it actually is, it really interferes with work. Can you suggest what is the reason and how to fix it? Thanks to.
