Tell me, on what principle does the sorting of the results found in the global search work. For example, I search by phone number and see processes , definitely not by id, but by what sign? Or no sorting?

Good afternoon, sorting occurs by relevance. In short, the more the process matches the search string, the higher it is.

or you can add a setting, if several results have the same level of relevance, then sort by id (creation date). That is, if I search by phone number and Box displays processes for me, so that the most recently created process is displayed at the top?

two different processes will almost never have the same relevance. If you need to sort by id in descending order, you can make a separate setting for this for the global search. Takes about an hour to finish
