Suspending and backing up unpaid OneBoxes

Dear Clients!
The situation is such that:
- war and martial law in Ukraine,
- most of our clients are from Ukraine,
- many customers can't pay for OneBox and we understand them,
- the government administration in Ukraine seized our bank accounts (by mistake / tip of one old client),
- and data centers in Germany and Finland do not give us discounts and payment deferrals.
In this regard, we are forced to back up and stop those OneBoxes that are not used and not paid for. BUT! The data is safe, we will restore everything and return it.
Backups will be kept forever.
By default, almost all UN_PAID CLOUD OneBox will be turned off.
The box will not be affected in any way.
If you do not want your OneBox to be turned off and are ready to pay for it - tell us the address of your box in any way, we will not turn it off.
Once again: this only applies to cloud boxes that cannot be paid.

Tell me, we paid for the renewal of 2 out of 8 keys on 07.03, earlier I tried to clarify how to deal with this situation through the forum (https://1b.app/ru/forum/onebox-purchase-and-rates/13271-klyuchi-dostupa- k-onebox/ ), the deadline for using 7 keys was 03.03, one key was before 09.03. At the moment, entrance to the BOH is blocked for all 8 licenses. Tell me how to restore access? Payment was made via Internet acquiring here
Also, please note that 3 licenses were added to us in the BOH from 08/07-10/2021 and on these dates the key (update) was paid for a year., i.e. the validity period of the key c turned out not 12, but 7 months.

Turned on. But if you do not enter it every 3 days, it will turn off again.

In addition, there was a problem, once every other time it is impossible to log into the system (login or password is not correct), although the password is filled in automatically, which means there can be no errors.
Changing the login and password does not help either, it still writes the login or the password is not correct and then we get a ban for 1 hour.
