not receiving notifications from viber

Viber is integrated. Business process automation is configured. Notifications are not pulled up in CPM. On the video instructions for Viber integration, unfortunately, there are no descriptions of possible errors.

Please give a link explaining the reason for not receiving notifications from Viber in the SRM chat. There is no such information in the standard training video. Viber is integrated, but does not work.
