1. It will take 10-12 hours of a senior integrator to complete the inventory control + training
2. Set up Kpi indicators for employees so that they receive a bonus for certain actions, and you can notify the manager for non-fulfillment. To implement such actions, it takes from 4 to 20 hours of work of a senior integrator.
Unfortunately, there are not so many wishes to offer you a turnkey solution.
