What we have now:
1. There is a main BP "Order Retail". At the "To production" stage, a subtask is created for one of these BPs https://prnt.sc/y085mm, depending on which product is in the order. (These 3 BPs are the same in meaning).
2. In BP UV printing (Or another of 3), moving to the "Ready" stage, the material is written off and the product is credited, according to the passport. https://prnt.sc/y09gvn. As I said, we are transferring to this stage en masse.
3. The product that was produced from the material is written off from the warehouse, already in the main BP "Retail order". At the stage "Order collected". https://prnt.sc/y0ag6s We are also transferring to it in bulk.
That is, it is 2 stages with auth. actions that could meaningfully give rise to an error.
Solution:
1. I gave the task, temporarily, to printers and packers to translate orders not in bulk, but by the piece. (In order not to give birth to new errors). To leave a lot of time, this option is only temporarily suitable.
2. It is necessary to solve the problem with the goods with which it is now. So that we can do warehouse operations.

Observations:
1. As I wrote, there was a construction of the author. actions at the stage "Order collected". Which by assumption could give birth to a problem. But then there should have been an operation in the warehouse to sell 3 identical products for each order. (I did not find this in the history of operations)
2. Product /admin/shop/products/8754/edit/ Does not pass the stage with author. action "Replace materials with the product of which it consists" https://prnt.sc/y1b0wa but at the same time the same product went through a warehouse write-off operation at the "Order collected" stage in another order /admin/customorder/order/73843/edit / - https://prnt.sc/y1b6rc https://prnt.sc/y1b87e
That is, we missed the stage at which we had to produce a product from the material. But the stage at which the product is written off the "problem" product has passed. And he was written off. (A ready-made product was listed in the warehouse)
