Can't change the price for a product

But Drop and Opt - I can’t. It throws back
In the automation for products checked, there is no action to overwrite the price of the product. They used to be (at the time of discounts) but we just deleted them.
Perhaps they have been removed but just work now?

Do you happen to have automation actions for products not configured that recalculate this price?

Were configured, but we turned them off, and then completely deleted them

Somehow you have duplicated price values for this price level in the database. I fixed it, but if suddenly you know how you can achieve the same result with a new product - give me the sequence of actions.
