Error, when downloading the "Products" application, I get a 500 error

I am testing the integration with Wordpress, after setting up the export of products to the site (all actions with test products), when I go to the "Products" application, I get an error 500, and the application with "Automations" also stopped working correctly (the page goes to the page, but it is not possible see automation settings). There was still a shortage of RAM to work out the minute crown. The question is, how do I solve the problem, is it possible to restore the box from a backup copy, using Cloud solutions. thank you
