If the file is exported, but there is no letter in the mail in the inbox and in the spam - try checking the SMTP mail settings in the box, if the settings are correct - then in the setting /app/settings/email/ "Return Email address for letters" specify this mail

Mail is not configured in vanbox. But before letters came without it.
