Good afternoon. The second day I can not configure the Universal import of products (xml / json). Swears: file http://178.62.224.191/api/ru/products.xml is not available or empty

The check checks if the file exists. It exists at the given address. When the file is directly processed, the setting "Conditions for replacing text in the file before processing it" is triggered, where you have a replacement ; on , because of which the file structure is violated and how xml is no longer recognized and gives an error that something is wrong
