automation of the order to the supplier and movements between warehouses

The customer has more items. Now works in 1s and excel. There are several retail stores and a tiu.ru store.
Important:
- the system, based on sales for 1-1.5 months and balances, should display a report in which it should be indicated how much to order for each commodity item.
- based on this, an order to the supplier should be formed, but commodity items should be pulled up automatically, because manually adding everything will take a long time (usually more than 1000 products)
- moving between stores should be done automatically based on warehouse needs and sales.
How can this be configured in OneBox?

Answers:

now there is a minimum reserve functionality. WHICH partially covers the triggering logic
The client indicates the product and how much it should be in stock, then if the product is less than it should be, the system can create a process for an employee and, moreover, can create a separate task for each supplier.
That is, if there are 1000 goods and it is supplied by 20 suppliers. Then 20 tasks will be created indicating the required amount of product to achieve the minimum reserve.
Example
You need 20, there are 15 -> a task will be created that you need to buy 5 pieces.
For this to work you need
1. Enter the base of goods
2. Assign vendors for these items
3. Make a minimum reserve for each position
4. Set up an action that would check everything once a day
