Advise on document layout

What do you need:
1. On the left side, padding-left: 60px; we need to do the same on the right side, I tried padding-left: 60px; padding-right: 60px;
But it aligns somehow, I ask you to tell me how to correctly make a similar indent from the right.
2. The table has a column number, I set the size for all columns in % ratio, for this column I specified 1%, but it still stretches, we want to make it smaller. Perhaps because of some styles it stretches, tell me how to fix it so that it is smaller.
3. The table contains the text "At once without MPE", but it does not fit into the line and, when printed, transfers to a new line. As I understand it, it aligns to the size of the top column, tell me how this can be corrected so that it still does not transfer

Answers:
1. You need to wrap everything in a block which set the width to 100% and set the indents. For all nested, make 100% of the parent's width and remove the left and right margins - then it will be as it should
2. I see the width is set to 118px
3. In the general cell of the total rows, remove the left padding of 65px

Set the table to table-layout: fixed
With fixed cell sizes, this property will not work.
Here you need to remove unnecessary tags from the cell so that only the text remains
