variable with customer's phone number {|$clientphone|}

There is a letter template in the box that is automatically sent to the buyer [file]5006[/file] The email contains a variable with the customer's phone number {|$clientphone|} . The buyer leaves his phone number in his order [file]5007[/file] But when the box sends a letter to the buyer automatically, then the country code 371 is substituted into the phone number. this is another country 372 Buyers from different countries and, accordingly, different phone codes. Where can I change / remove the code in the box so that it is not substituted into the letter template or is substituted correctly? Thanks
