The system has an additional process product field with the Date and Time field type.
Is it possible to use date_format for this field variables in document templates?

Not quite clear.

apparently in the document template, when the format for the date was specified, the variable broke a little (the span tag fell between the curly braces) and as a result you might not get the result
removed the extra with the variable and created the document
