Automation does not work: A contact was found with which there was no communication for more than N days

Good afternoon,
In automatic actions once a minute, the action "A contact was detected with which there was no communication for more than N days" was configured, you noticed that since last week this action has ceased to work out.
Can you suggest what is the reason?

The logic of the action has been changed: now the contacts of the specified group are checked, and if the contact did not have an event in the specified number of days, a process will be created for the contact manager if there is no previously created process by this action or the last created process was closed more than 1 day ago.

the action "Check for a call to the client" gives an error (which is written in its description) - as a result of which the creation of the order crashes. I recommend removing it at least with such a creation and automatic switching of the stage.
