In the email field, the text "true" is written, probably due to the fact that the socket / ROZETKA stopped transmitting the user's mail to the API

This is not correct because:
1. The system writes without checking for uniqueness, here are a bunch of users with the same mail =&filtermanagerid=&filterlogin=&filtercountorderfrom=&filtercountorderto=&filtereventdatefrom=&filtereventdateto=&filtercdatefrom=&filtercdateto=&page=
2. The system writes an incorrect value to the mail

And I'm sad that you have such an attitude to this issue.
Why don't you try to look at the question from the other side
You write code in such a way that you allow third-party services to influence the operation of other system procedures
That is, as a result, certain procedures, crons, etc. stop working.
And all for the reason that you let the "infection" into the "organism"
Even more alarming is your reaction to such arguments
There must be basic things (classes) that should prohibit "pouring" wrong things into the database, or all functions (procedures) that pour data into this field must comply with certain standards
