Good day. We remembered that on the same day, 01/20/21, there were changes in the managers of the client. Apply:

Can you tell me why you got it?
Hello. The changelog shows 2 changes: https://prnt.sc/xpnl3s 1. Someone went into the bulk change panel and changed something in the processes, this probably caused procedures in these processes that changed the process client manager 2. The user went to the contact card and simply changed the manager. here is the history of changes with which I made a screen: https://difreight.crm-onebox.com/admin/shop/users/4816/history/?authorid=&sy...

Dmitro, I was twerking. I realized that the mass movement had changed managers. In me, what did the managers cheat in a vipadkovo way? Managers changed not for one to all contacts, but for different ones. What is the cost of automation, what I cannot know. Even if the automation procedures were implemented, I needed to know and see them.

Did they do it by accident or specifically you need to ask the managers themselves. What specific action and at what stage changed the manager to the client, unfortunately I can’t tell. I can if you show on the example of one process through mass changes what you did and as a result there will be a change in the client manager.
