Emails not coming in for 2 hours.

The essence of the problem is that incoming letters do not come to the box, but they are sent. My box http://box.smart-gadget.club/
Mail server from https://www.ukraine.com.ua/
Server support claims that the problem is on the CRM side. I am attaching screenshots of the response and the traceroute command from the server where the box is located to the mail server

Good afternoon.
Disable IPV6 on the server.
Or, in the mail integration settings, in the "IMAP Host" field, specify the IP address of IPV4 instead of the domain.
As an example, I changed the info@smart-gadget.club settings
and mail on this box was parsed into the box.
