The following problem arose: customers on the website fill out a form, which then arrives in the form of a letter to the Ukrnet mailbox, which is linked to Vanbox. In the letter to the Ukrnet mailbox, each customer's answer is in a separate line. When the letter is pulled into the process (through the "Turn a letter into a process" automation), then in the description of the process, the information that was in the body of the letter is displayed as one continuous block, from which it is inconvenient for the manager to transfer the information to the client card. https://construct.1b.app/1503/ Moreover, this problem occurs only when letters from the site arrive; in other letters, the structure of the body of the letter is preserved.
