if you need automatic sending of emails from the stages of the process, you can use the action "Send message by email"
in the settings, specify the Type of the letter: HTML and put your code in the field of the letter
Be careful with the images inside the code - they must be available online to be displayed correctly in the letter.
* please also note that in order for letters not to end up in spam, proper integration with Box is required and it is possible to register additional settings on the part of the email server.
