Good day, is it possible to cancel a scheduled letter by using the "Send message by email" action?

Good afternoon, as far as I remember, there is no such possibility through the admin panel, but you can cancel it through the database if the letter has not yet been physically sent. If you give the mail to which the letter should go, a link to the box and thank you with a donation, I can do it in the near future.
If you need to do this kind of thing on a regular basis, you can evaluate and make such a refinement.
