OS: Action

Hello.
Box toptuning.crm-onebox.com.
In the automatic action "Turn an email into a process" the recipient with an email on outlook . Events based on this mail are created in Box, and "turn the letter into a process" does not work.
Tried with gmail mail, it works correctly, the process is created.
Also, when testing in actions on outlook and gmail, everything is parsed.
Tell me what could be the problem, why the process is not created from outlook mail.

Answers:

Hello, I guess the reason is that in this action the email address from which to create processes was entered with a space.
Check if the action will work without the space.

Yes, a space at the beginning of the email prevented the processes from loading correctly
