Problem: It's hard to hit a row if the table is wide. A scroll bar appears which gets in the way.
Sentence:
Perhaps you should remove the "add line" text altogether, and instead just leave an empty line. If necessary, it can be disabled in the settings. And move the scroll bar under the block of the entire table (now the bar is inside the table).
P.s. Can it is necessary to change the table completely? Borrow something more convenient and beautiful from others if it is difficult to develop (users will appreciate 100%) .
