OS: What are the apps on the menu?

And how to understand what they refer to if everything is empty (look at the picture)? This is an example of one application. It would be clear if at least some designate what it refers to. Let's take an example There is a certain Checkbox application - it supports multi-integration (which means that you can connect multiple integrations) for each integration, the system will create different applications so that you can scatter them by access rights + see which checks go through integration A and which ones go through integration B. The same goes for the outlet, prom, etc.

How to uninstall an application?
