the functional difference between the buttons is not clear

Hello. In the contact card interface settings section "Setting the default card
" after the field "Field name" there are fields. When you hover over them with the mouse, they are called "Required to fill", "Need to fill in". Tell us what their functional difference is, it's not entirely clear what's under the hood ... Thanks in advance for the extended answer!

Good day! Sergey, I want to explain to you the difference in these two settings:
- "Required" - when this item is enabled, you will not be able to Save changes / entered data in the contact card without filling in the field marked with this parameter, an Error will be constantly generated.
- "Need to fill" - when this parameter is enabled, the field will be immediately opened (you will not need to click on the pencil next to it), that is, this setting provides for the "recommended to fill" factor, and if the field is not filled, there will be no error issued and you can save the changes/entered data at any time.
