Please evaluate the improvement for the "Custom" interface, namely: add the ability to insert and adjust the vertical scroll, similar to the type in the "Independent" interface

it is not entirely clear what the scroll will do? do you want to limit the height of the grid and where it does not fit into it then show the scroll?
