OS open confidential processes

1) in the process s**n.1b.app/app/history/orders/316/?systemchange=1&filter2_key=valueold&filter2_type=search&filter3_key=valuenew&filter3_type=search someone clicked on the confidential process, but in the history I cannot see who and at what stage ( there are no such actions). is this an afterthought?
2) I understand that it is still not possible to make the confidential process open?
rate the improvement, for example by ticking the action Make the process confidential https://take.ms/Ne5Ip

Answers:

1. If there is no information in the history, it will be possible to find out who exactly did it
2. Do you want to open confidential processes? In the universal block there is a tick "Confidential process", use it to open the process. Opening with an action is not quite correct because any conditional administrator will be able to view someone else's confidential task in this way, although he does not have access rights to it (he is not a participant in the discussion)
