Good afternoon
There is such a task, you need to create an item in the main menu, by clicking on which the employee will immediately get into a specific process. Each employee has his own process, while I can write down his id, for example, in the employee's card in the additional field. Or I can directly write a link to the process in the additional field of the contact card.
Is it possible to refine the creation of menu items so that the above is possible?

OneBox production wrote: Hello, you can do this. A variable with an additional field of the clicking user. Takes 3 hours, will only work in mvp
do you have any better ideas on how to do this? 3 hours will not be allocated for such a task and whether it will be in the OS, we plan to move

in os there are no menu items at all, there are separate applications. You can create your own application for each employee with your own link. It is impossible to substitute any variables in the links for applications there. Try to make a life hack now. There are actions that redirect the user from the task to some other link, look for them - maybe there you can take a link from an additional field or something similar that will help you.

but here you need to switch the status, you probably will not work. If it’s completely clumsy, then you can make a BP and display a block with js in it that redirects the user by a link, in this js only a link to the process needs to be inserted from the additional field. This can be done in 2 hours. Place a link to this bp in respectively all employees. But if you are planning a transition to os, it is better to postpone this task.

yes, I know about following the link and actively use it, but this is a transition from the process Here we decided so far to simply display the link field in the employee's card. close the task
