After installing and configuring the application, categories and products are not loaded

Good afternoon. I installed the application, set up automation (once per hour), but products and categories are not loaded. The CRM server ip provider has been added to the allowed list. Please tell me why the products are not loading.

In response to a request to receive products from this supplier, we receive an error:
Invalid IP, operation denied, IP:168.119.58.152
Write to ERC support, most likely IP access is not open

Access issue resolved. The product was not loaded completely. Please tell me, the password and login for uploading the description should be requested from the supplier separately? Also, as far as I understand, the supplier has the loaded goods in Ukrainian. How can it be downloaded through this application?
