Contact the technical support Hotline with the source file and clarify what exactly the parser "does not like" in the file.
As far as I can see - we use; in the URL, but there it is as a part of the replacement structure & according to their requirements https://hotline.ua/about/pricelists_specs/, and the descriptions are in the CDATA data section, so in theory there should be no problems.
