What language was initially base and what put now?
the system checks if there is no translation in the selected language, then it takes the value from the default language

The original language was Russian. Changed the default to Ukrainian. language and made a translation of the categories. And the Ukrainian version began to be preserved in Russian. variant and in Ukrainian. option.
