In automation once an hour in the action "Export products in XML format (Rozetka.ua)" you have the setting "Minimum price for export (Products with a price lower than the specified one will not be exported.)" in which the value is 100, but if look at your product database, then the goods are more expensive than 100, I did not see(
It is highly likely that this is why the products are not uploaded to the file.
