You have redefined the online store template (implemented 4 years ago regarding fixing the category menu on the site).
Actually multilingualism was added later - and we are not responsible for the support and integration of new functionality into individual changes.
Actually there are 2 options:
1. We are removing the individual override of the online store template - 1 hour
2. We integrate language switching functionality into your template - 2 hours
