Good day. If the order is missing products, it may mean that the box did not find them in the received bundle. For such cases, I can offer to write something like "Product XXX from khoroshop not found in field XX in Onebox" as a setting in the order comment, so you can understand which products the box did not add - it will take 1 hour of revision. Issue an invoice?

Thanks for the answer! We have studied the issue of shortage of goods in the warehouse, there is always enough goods. Are there any other thoughts on this issue?

But what does the rest of the product have to do with the fact that the box probably can't FIND the product CARD? I'll emphasize, it probably can't find it. Again, we can guess what could be wrong, or we can make some improvements and you'll see for yourself what exactly the box didn't like about the order next time.

Are you suggesting a fix that points to a bug? The product card exists and was created a year ago. I've attached a screenshot.

Who decided that this is a bug? You showed the answer of the API khoroshopa where in the field by which the product is searched and that you have the same value in the product article? Or are you simply assuming that this is supposedly a system error, without having any evidence of this? I see that this is the second case, so I offered you a solution that will allow the NEXT time with such circumstances to see in the comments to the process WHY the product was not found. Obviously, if the box did not work correctly in this case, then all orders would be without products and not just one, based on this, we can assume that the products transferred to the goodops do not have such identifiers and that is why the product was not found. But again, the specific reason can only be found by putting logs there and adding a comment, which is what I offered you.
