After transferring the site to a new hosting, it is not possible to pick up orders from the database in CRM box.profish.ua, I prescribed new settings according to the recommendations of the hoster. Help is needed!

Good afternoon Everything is fine with hosting. We double-checked everything, the MySQL database on the server is accessible from outside, 1C takes all orders from the database to itself, but Box cannot reach it. There is a suspicion that somewhere in Box the old DNS is stuck.
