There are 2 integrations with two stores on opencart

You do not have access to the openkart database, probably you have changed the server for the site or access to the database. In the connection settings, you need to enter the current access and be sure to provide remote access for it

Haven't changed server passwords in recent months... did not change the settings on the hosting, didn't change integration settings... I see boxing updates have passed, I think maybe something is connected with this?

As an option - if you did not pay the tariff and the system was deleted (and you restored it), then the box server changes and, accordingly, access to the site may disappear, if there are IP restrictions

Check whether everything is correctly specified in access to the database, there are not many options here - either the access is incorrectly specified, or access from other servers is closed (maybe you got banned). Access does not disappear just like that, something had to change
