During integration, the integrator assured that when installing the module, the translation made will not be overwritten https://prnt.sc/qklW_wVZ7yBz, but at the moment everything that is translated by the module is overwritten in the fields of the Ukrainian language again into Russian. The integrator advised to write here, on the forum, to solve the problem.

everything is correct, hourly transmission of the necessary fields is configured from OneBox and they are recorded directly in the Openkart database.
If there are modules that additionally change the data in the products - then yes, the changes will be accepted from the module separately.
You have the option of disabling the module and setting up the translation of products using OneBox (recommended), or to ask for an update through your integrator about the possibility not to transfer product names in Ukrainian.
