Unfortunately, I do not see in the request logs from the messenger (https://onebox.spacehall.com.ua/admin/shop/report/logs/facebook-messenger) a parameter transfer file (in particular, a confirmation token).
I recommend that you contact Facebook technical support to clarify what the error is related to and why parameters are not being passed in the request (maybe something has changed).
