When sending a message to the unified chat bot, it gives an error

I screwed bots to the van box: telegram, viber, fb messenger. Sometimes, for some unknown reason, after the client starts a conversation, we cannot send him a response (gives an error).
In order for the message to be sent, you must press f5 (refresh the page) in the browser.

How to fix the error and what is the problem?

the client starts a correspondence, appears in our chat, but we cannot answer him. no message is sent from us.

Where do I need to write so that a chat appears with you and there is a problem?
I would like to test (for example, telegram or viber, depending on where it appears) - and what does the manager do - just enters a new chat and writes a message?
