Integration with Viber

When adding buttons (custom keyboard settings) to Viber chat, they are placed in the chat almost in the middle of the screen, while covering the text of the message. How to configure so that the buttons are "snapped" to the bottom edge of the device screen?

Viber support for a request for buttons gave the following answer:
"We do not provide official instructions, documentation or technical support for integration with 3rd-party platforms like OneBox system.
For further assistance with integration, we recommend contacting OneBox's customer support.
If your issue is placed in Viber app, please send us your JSON keyboard and a short video of the, it would greatly help us understand your process and reproduce the issue on our side to investigate the cause."
Also, please note that there are many Viber bots with buttons located at the bottom of the screen (examples in files).
The built-in chatbot is a wonderful functionality of OneBox, only it is strange that there is such a problem with the buttons, in fact, half of the working part of the screen "walks".
Therefore, please - take it for improvement or evaluate the revision.

After the settings you have made:
When a new user enters the bot (NOT SUBSCRIBED YET) - the button is located at the bottom and everything works correctly (action type Share phone), the phone number is transferred to the box. Previously, this setting, by the way, did not work.
But, AFTER SUBSCRIBE - a button with a similar type of action is already in the middle and does not send a phone number to the box.
Is it possible to fix it so that after subscribing, the bot buttons work the same way as before?
