There is no sound notification or pop-up windows about received messages in chat

Good day! When we receive a new request in the chat, the operator, being in another program (not in the chat window), receives a sound message and understands that a new message has arrived. But when the dialogue is already underway and the client is writing something, but the operator is in another window of another program, then there are no notifications about this new message. No sound, no pop-up window. Because of this, many messages are missed or they are answered with a long delay! This is very inconvenient! Do you have solutions similar to other omnichannel CC providers where there is both sound and pop-up windows (with the ability to turn them on if they interfere)?
