Time of messages downloaded from telegrams
Messages downloaded from telegrams via e-chat have a time of 2 hours less than the current one.
I checked with the hoster that the time zone on our server is GMT+2.
At the same time, the time for messages from Viber via e-chat is correct.
I tried to enable the setting “When a webhook is removed, set the creation date for incoming notifications based on the current hour,” but nothing changed.

I think this is not true, new messages should have the correct time of your server
