Incoming Viber messages stopped loading

Last night I stopped receiving incoming messages via Viber.

The connection is active.

There are incoming messages on the Viber channel in the logs, but they are not displayed in the E-chat Pro application.

Answers:

I deleted the current integration and created it again - it worked, but messages from telegrams stopped coming.
I recreated the Telegram integration - Viber fell off)
What could be the problem?

Good afternoon.
I see at least 1 problem in your connection setup - in push messages the number comes in one format, but in application connections it is indicated in another.
I indicated in the required format in accordance with push notifications - messages should arrive correctly.
Check for new incoming messages.
