Good day.
If we send a file with xls format from van box through the integration of e-chat to the client's contact in Viber, is it possible for the sent file to arrive as well as an image from Viber (not by link)?

Thanks, but how do you send the image? the image is sent without a link to one box...

We send to the E-Chat API only a link to a file in OneBox that needs to be sent as a file. Everything else happens already on the side of the E-Chat service (perhaps they change the link to the file on their server, etc.).

Here is the response from E-Chat support "Good afternoon. Currently, files are transferred by pre-uploading them to our service. The user will receive a link to the file. The next update, scheduled for December, will include the ability to transfer files directly. 15:02" How to write to them that it does not suit us that the client receives a link to our van box and how to make it so that a file is received, not a link?

Support also added "Everything is correct, now the files are transferred as a link. Direct files will be transferred after the release of the next update. 15:48"

then I consider the issue to us to be closed, all revisions are made on their side (if they do it by default, instead of finalizing the new API parameters and revisions will be required on our side)
