Good afternoon, messages were sent via "send to >> echat"
Integration with echat does not work, this sent message does not appear to the user to continue the conversation. Please fix the bug

We received a status from E-Chat that the message was sent https://box.fialan.com/admin/logs/showall/ajax/?file=echat-status-2023-12-07.log
I recommend that you contact E-Chat to clarify why the message was not delivered - perhaps some privacy settings are enabled on the recipient's phone.

let's break down onebox first. When "send to >> echat" where can you see the message sent to the user?

Unfortunately, I cannot guess from your comments where exactly you check for the presence of a message, etc.
