There will be a technical URL for the status switch, which will be followed when the button is clicked.
If Viber can send a callback request in the background after clicking the button, then you need to consider the REST API request to change the process stage.

tried through the API, but for this we need to substitute the number of the process in which to change the status. and the [orderid] variable is not substituted in this action
